Low-stock alerts
Each product has a low-stock threshold (default: 5 units). When an order reduces stock at or below this threshold, Gravote sends you a WhatsApp alert. The Stock tab in the dashboard also flags these items with ⚠️.
Stock and orders
When a customer places an order for an item with stock tracking enabled, Gravote automatically decrements the quantity. If stock reaches zero, the bot informs new customers that the item is currently unavailable.
