Common questions
What happens after my trial ends?
After 14 days, your account moves to the free Starter plan. You keep all your data, orders, and customers. Just with Starter limits. You can upgrade anytime.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing charges you for 10 months upfront but gives you 12 months of access (2 months free). You can choose your billing period when you upgrade.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
How does payment work?
Plans are billed monthly or annually via Paystack. We accept cards and bank transfers. No lock-in. Cancel anytime.
Is there a per-message fee?
No. Gravote charges a flat fee. WhatsApp Business API conversation fees (charged by Meta) are separate and billed directly to your Meta account.
