My WhatsApp connection stopped working. What do I do?
First, go to Dashboard, then Settings, then WhatsApp, and check the connection status. If it shows Disconnected, click Reconnect and follow the prompts. If the issue persists, it may be a Meta API access token expiry. Contact support and we will fix it within the hour.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number with Gravote?
You can if it's a number currently registered in the WhatsApp Business App. However, once connected to the Gravote API, you won't be able to simultaneously use that number in the WhatsApp Business App. Most merchants use a dedicated SIM for this. We recommend a second line for your business.
The bot sent a wrong price to a customer. How do I fix it?
Update the product price in your dashboard immediately. The bot uses live product data on each message. For the incorrect order, you can contact the customer directly via WhatsApp or use the built-in message feature in the order detail view.
How do I record a sale that happened offline?
From your dashboard, go to Orders → New Order. Select the customer (or add them), choose the products, and mark the payment status. This keeps your records and debt tracking accurate.
I'm not receiving order notifications.
Check that your notification settings are enabled in Dashboard → Settings → Notifications. Also confirm your browser allows notifications from Gravote. If you're using the mobile browser, you may need to enable push notifications from your phone's browser settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click 'Cancel plan'. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. You can export all your data before your account closes.
