Data Deletion Request

What data does Gravote hold?

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to Gravote, we store your Facebook user ID, associated page access tokens, and any business profile information used to run your WhatsApp and Instagram bots. We do not store Facebook passwords or payment information from Meta platforms.

How to request deletion

You can remove Gravote's access to your Facebook data at any time by:

  1. Going to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
  2. Finding Gravote in the list and clicking Remove

This immediately revokes all tokens. Any Facebook-linked data held by Gravote is purged within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

To request deletion of all data associated with your Gravote account (including WhatsApp business data, order history, and customer records), email us at:

privacy@gravote.com

Include your registered email address and business name. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Check a deletion request status

If you received a confirmation code from a data deletion request triggered via Facebook, you can verify the request was received by emailing privacy@gravote.com with your confirmation code.

What gets deleted

  • Your merchant account and profile
  • All product listings and inventory data
  • Order history and customer records
  • WhatsApp and Instagram access tokens
  • Facebook user ID and linked page data
  • Billing history (anonymised records may be retained for legal compliance)

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained.
