From signup to receiving your first order on WhatsApp or Instagram DM. Here's what to do.
Create your account
Sign up at gravote.com. Enter your business name and phone number. No credit card needed. You get a 14-day free trial with full access.

In your dashboard, go to Settings, then Channels, and click Connect next to WhatsApp or Instagram DM. A Meta pop-up guides you through it with no technical steps. For WhatsApp you will need a phone number that is not already active in the WhatsApp Business App (a spare SIM works). For Instagram DM, your account needs to be set to Business on Instagram. You can connect one or both. All orders land in the same dashboard.
Add your products
From your dashboard, navigate to Products and start adding items. Include a name, price, and description. You can add stock quantities if you want inventory tracking. These are what Gravote uses when customers ask about what is available.
Share your links
Gravote gives you a WhatsApp link (wa.me/yourNumber) and your Instagram DM link. Share either or both in your bio, stories, and business card. Customers can message you on whichever platform they prefer and Gravote picks up every conversation.
Start receiving orders
Orders from WhatsApp appear in your dashboard in real time. You can view order details, mark them as paid, set delivery status, and message customers, all from the Gravote dashboard.
