Recording manual orders
How to log an order that came in outside WhatsApp.
Walk-in and phone orders
If a customer places an order in person, by phone call, or on Instagram, you can record it manually by texting your own bot number as if you were placing the order on their behalf.
Send a message in the format: Order for [customer name]: 2 rice bags, 1 peak milk. The bot will log it against a customer record with that name.
Setting it as paid immediately
If the walk-in customer paid cash on the spot, follow up with: [customer name] don pay. This marks the order paid right away.
