How Gravote tracks who owes you money and helps you collect.
Viewing debtors
The Debtors tab shows all customers with unpaid (pending) orders and the amount owed. You can export this as a CSV for your records.
Via WhatsApp, send who dey owe to get a summary list.
Marking paid
Chidi don pay marks all of Chidi's pending orders paid
Chidi pay 5000 records a ₦5,000 partial payment
Chidi pay half records 50% of the outstanding amount
Sending a payment link
Send send Chidi link 15000 to your bot. Gravote generates a Paystack payment link for ₦15,000 and sends it to Chidi on WhatsApp. When Chidi pays, Gravote automatically marks the order paid.
This requires a Paystack secret key configured in Settings.
