Adding prices via WhatsApp
The quickest way to add products is to message your own bot number. Send:
Set a price: indomie carton is 3500
Another format: rice bag 45k
View all prices: show prices
Gravote normalises product names automatically . "indomie carton", "Indomie Carton", and "carton of indomie" are treated as the same product.
Adding a product with a photo
- Send add product to your bot.
- The bot will ask for a photo . Send the product image.
- It will then ask for the product name, price, and optional description.
Product photos appear on your public shop page.
Running a promotion
set promo the bot asks which product and the sale price
remove promo end the promo and restore original price
Promo prices are shown with the original crossed out on your shop page and when customers ask about prices.
