Understanding your dashboard

A walkthrough of every tab in the Gravote merchant dashboard.

Overview cards

At the top of the dashboard you see four cards showing today's numbers: total orders, paid orders, pending orders, and total outstanding debt across all customers.

Tabs

Orders

All orders received today. Shows customer, items, payment status, and dispatch status. Use the Dispatch button to mark an order as sent and notify the customer via WhatsApp.

Debtors

Customers with unpaid (pending) orders. Shows the outstanding amount per order. Export to CSV for bookkeeping.

Products

Your full product catalogue with prices, promo prices, SKUs, weight, and variants.

Stock

Products with stock tracking enabled. Items at or below the low-stock threshold are flagged with a warning.

Customers

All customers who have ever ordered from you, with lifetime spend, order count, and last order date. Expandable rows show individual order history.

Broadcast

Send a WhatsApp message to all your customers at once. Works best for customers who messaged you within the last 24 hours.

Settings

Connect channels, set your shop slug and custom domain, upload a logo, set brand colour, configure delivery zones, and manage Paystack keys.
