Handling order confirmations

How Gravote notifies you and your customers when orders come in.

Customer confirmation

When a customer places an order, the bot replies immediately to confirm: listing the items, quantities, and total. If you have delivery zones configured, the bot asks the customer to choose a delivery location before confirming.

Owner notification

You receive a WhatsApp message on your owner number for every new order. The notification includes the customer name, items, total amount, and delivery location if provided.

Make sure your Settings → Owner phone is set correctly . Notifications are sent to that number only.

Low stock alerts

If an order reduces a tracked product below its low-stock threshold, Gravote sends you an automatic WhatsApp alert. You can set thresholds per product via the set [item] stock [qty] command.
