Setting up your shop page

Shop slug

In Settings → Shop, choose a shop slug , a short unique identifier for your business. Your public shop URL becomes gravote.com/shop/[your-slug].

Slugs must be lowercase, 3 to 40 characters, and contain only letters, numbers, and hyphens. The dashboard checks availability in real time as you type.

Custom domain

You can point your own domain (e.g. shop.mybusiness.com) to your Gravote shop. In Settings, enter your custom domain and then add a CNAME record in your domain registrar:

DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate. HTTPS is provisioned automatically.

What the shop page shows

Your shop page displays your business name, logo, brand colour, and full product catalogue. Customers can browse and place orders . They arrive in your Gravote dashboard just like WhatsApp orders.
