Once your WhatsApp number is connected, your link is: https://wa.me/[your-number]. Share this in your Instagram bio, TikTok profile, business card, and stories.

When a customer taps the link, WhatsApp opens directly to a chat with your number. They can start ordering immediately.

Instagram DM link

Your Instagram DM link: https://ig.me/m/[your-ig-handle]. Once your Instagram account is connected to Gravote, DMs from this link are handled by the bot just like WhatsApp messages.

Shop page link

Your public shop URL is shown in the dashboard. Customers who prefer browsing a product catalogue before ordering can use this link. Orders placed on the shop page appear in the same dashboard.
