Recording partial payments
Ada pay 5000 records ₦5,000 against Ada's balance
Ada pay half records 50% of what Ada owes
Ada pay 10k ₦10,000 (k notation supported)
Partial payments accumulate. Once the total paid reaches the order amount, Gravote automatically marks the order as fully paid.
Receipt photos
Customers can send a bank transfer screenshot or Paystack receipt directly in the WhatsApp chat. Gravote reads the receipt and records the amount against their order. You receive a notification to review and confirm.
Exporting for your accountant
Use the Export CSV button on the Debtors tab to download a full list of outstanding balances. The Orders tab also has CSV export for all of today's orders.
