Your plan, billing cycle, and how to manage your subscription.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Growth plan. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, your account moves to the free Starter tier unless you upgrade.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is 20% cheaper. Payments are processed via Paystack (card or bank transfer).
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial months.
